Mr. Green has on-line arrest records from 02/20/2005 and 04/06/2006 in DeKalb County, GA. On-line records seem to show he previously had addresses in Savannah, GA, Peachtree City, GA, and Atlanta, GA.
I found that he was licensed in Georgia as a Cosmetology Apprentice, Barber Apprentice, then Master Barber.
For the Cosmetology Apprentice license, it says it was issued 03/21/2000 and the address is listed as:

11611 Abercorn Ext
Savannah GA 31419-1903
His supervisor is listed as SAK who has an active Master Cosmetologist license with an address on White Bluff Road in Savannah, GA.
For the Barber Apprentice license, it says it was issued 01/09/2003 and the address is:
C/O A & T M
325 Chimney Sweep Circle
Peachtree City GA 30269
An AJM with the same address has a lapsed license since 04/23/1987 as a speech language pathologist.
Whitepages.com has a listing for TM and AM with a phone number.
For the Master Barber license, it says it was issued 04/07/2006 and his address is listed as:
420 Courtland Street, NE
Atlanta GA 30308-3405
420 Courtland Street is also the address of Crossroads Community Ministries and Mercy Care Clinic at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.

I think it might be a good idea to see if ME will get in touch with SAK as well as TM and AM. For TM and AM to allow Mr. Green to use their home address for his license may mean they know him enough to have heard of next of kin? Same goes for SAK the supervisor. I found addresses for both and a phone number for TM/AM.

I was thinking perhaps he lived at some sort of shelter or was involved with a nonprofit. That was how perhaps he got the training for these different licenses through a homeless to work program? I think the shelter idea might be worth checking out?
His past addresses are all in Bonneau, SC which had a population of 354 in the 2000 census. There are five listings in Bonneau, SC with the last name "Green" per Whitepages.com and four are related and live at the same address and telephone number. I found an email, home, and work number for EMG who is listed on that page. She is also listed on this page as the Chairman of a family reunion (for the White family) next month.
