Seems like an obvious (if distant) possible based on name (to match the UID's tattoo), appearance, height, and age, but there is no information anywhere to suggest that he has been ruled out. He has no NamUs profile. Eye color is possibly off. Weight change could be explained by 9-year gap. Thoughts?

With an Hispanic UID, it's probably not good to assume that Don means our contraction for Donald, though it's possible. It probably means "Sir" and the arrow would be Flecha in Spanish, which is a not uncommon surname.

What about Donnie Williams?

Disappeared two weeks earlier from Cullman, AL. About 7 hours away and a straight shot down I-20 from Birmingham to Florence, SC. Everything is spot-on except for eye color but, depending on the shade, blue could have been misread as hazel, couldn't it? Maybe? I don't know.
