The ones getting scrood here are those who pay higher rates because of suits like this. I guess he had a pay for play afternoon.

He did go to the doctor with those complaints and probably should have been told to limit his activities.
He coud have died chasing a criminal then it would have been an on duty death.
I am shocked she won the lawsuit as it seems a bit extreme for this but maybe it could have been prevented. My question is did they consider her marriage duration was near the end as a factor when awarding the money? Had it been me I might have still wanted to divorce him even after he died.
