PA - James Crawford, 28, & Rachael Witt, 15, killed in DUI crash, 21 May 2012
Smoking a synthetic brand of pot called "Deadman" turned tragically true for a Montco motorist.
Roger Malloy aged 27 was flying high when he crashed his car killing Rachel Witt aged 15, and James Crawford aged 28. Malloy was with his brother and the victims when he purchased K2 at the Achi Store in Pottstown. An undercover cop went to the store the day after the crash and asked to purchase the drug the clerk pulled it from a hidden location. Mohammed Himed owner and store clerk Rafie Ali were charged with drug offenses.
Malloy told police after smoking minutes before the crash it made his heart race, blurred his vision and felt as though he was having an asthma attack.
After the crash Malloy and his brother pulled Witt, Crawford and a third man from the vehicle before fleeing on foot. Left these poor people to just die while they took off.

From June 2013:
A suburban Philadelphia man has been sentenced to prison after admitting he was driving under the influence of synthetic marijuana when he crashed his car, killing two of his passengers and injuring a third.
Roger Tracy Malloy, 28 of Pottstown, Pa., was sentenced Thursday to six to 12 years in prison.
Mohamed K. Himed, 26, of the Bronx, N.Y., was sentenced in Montgomery County Court on Friday to 2 ½ to seven years in state prison after he pleaded guilty to charges of corrupt organizations, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance in connection with incidents that occurred between March and May 2012...
In November, the judge sentenced Ali, 35, the store owner who once lived in an apartment above the store, to seven to 14 years in a state prison.
The arrests of Ali and Himed were an outgrowth of the investigation of an 11:30 p.m. May 21, 2012, double-fatal wreck on State Street between Ninth and 10th streets in Pottstown. Authorities alleged the driver of the vehicle, Roger Tracy Malloy, 27, of Pottstown, was driving under the influence of K2, which had been purchased at the Achi Store, at the time of the fatal crash.
