Brandon Keith Hubbard beat an 8 year old girl with a broom handle and a braided whip. He also beat a woman several times in front of her and another little girl. He also forced it appears for them to beat eachother.

He was mad the little girl did not pick up after her puppy so this monster decapitated the puppy in front of her.

Way to go you . It takes a real big man to beat on women and kids and murder animals.
