TX - Rangers Stadium Urinal Alert Perv Visiting Bathrooms
The Rangers were playing The Angels and apparently this guy Manske isn't a huge fan because he was too busy visiting bathrooms all over the stadium.
He was an RSO. How does that work. As of Febrauary he was off the registry and by May he was vsibally checking out young boys at the urinals. Good lookout security!
When apprehended his cell phone showed images of underage children in sexual situations. No photos showed up thankfully of kids at Rangers Stadium, but when will it become clear these offenders don't just stop hurting children?

Settle down folks. Parents relax. Manske told police this is just a "hobby". Ya know like making model airplanes or macrame I guess. He proudly told the police he got up to at least 35 a day. Thirty-five what? Kids?
After his stint at Rangers Stadium he was back to it at the Motor Speedway where a father waited for his son in the men's room saw Manske pass at least eight open urinals and stand next to his 10 year old.
Dad chased him down and held him for cops and miraculously didn't kill him. Child pornography found on his home computer. Please Judge keep him locked up because his hobby will just continue obviously.

He probably got a grant from the gov't to check out penis sizes on kids.

What say we start tattooing RSO across the bridge of their noses and across both hands? Maybe then well be able to feel like we are being protected.
