I am so glad to hear she is ok.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darlene Love suffered a heart attack before a concert in New Jersey over the weekend, but still played the show.

...the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer was about to perform at Tim McLoone's in Asbury Park, N.J., when she started experiencing stomach pains and acid reflux. She did the show after her husband gave her aspirin, but the pain got worse the following day.

When she couldn't bear it any longer, Love was rushed to the hospital where doctors informed her that she had a heart attack. If she hadn't sought treatment then, she would have died.

"We caught it before it got bad and I went in and had the procedure done," Love told WCBS' Dan Taylor...
