Thought this very interesting;

http://www.theadvertiser.com/article...sey=nav|head

State lays out plan in Shunick, Pate cases
Law enforcement obtained 36 search warrants in connection with the Shunick and Pate cases. They included search warrants for 1327 Leger Road in Crowley and an Allied Waste front-end dumpster previously located at 1235 Leger Road in Church Point.

A woman who answered the telephone Friday morning for AFG Excavating and Dirt Service, listed online as located at 1235 Leger Road, would not comment and hung up on the reporter inquiring as to whether the company is indeed located at that address.

That is very interesting.

And to the other user, if that's his ex girl friends home, there sure were a lot of search warrants for it.

jessieelaine, just curious as your name is formed from two major roads in this investigation... jessie b and elaine... are you an insider? not trying to put you on blast, just wondering

I hope this is not another Etan Patz case.
He simply put the poor boy in the garbage, it got picked up by the garbage truck, and the poor little boy was never found :/

Nope, first and middle name

I don't like that scenario either, but a possibility.

Hey foxfire or aci,

Was that '88 ford mustang in your list of bsl registerwd cars? That part of thread #39 must still be on lockdown.. Would love to see that list again.

Some information on the "especially
heinous, atrocious or cruel" standard:
http://scholarship.law.marquette.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1333&context=facpub
The "Especially Heinous” Standard: Objective
Guidance in Capital Cases?

Interesting read - especially interesting to (and BBM) me: "A. The definition of "especially heinous, atrocious, or
cruel" should not be limited to whether the victim has
suffered physical or mental torture. It Is appropriate
for the sentencer to consider the manner of the killing
and the attitude of the killer."

On page 6, it says "on July, 2012" at one point, without a date. Is that a typo? Just wondering, if there is one, there could be others.

I think the state said up to two years, for a trial?
And by the looks of the documents, it will be a long one.

I wonder if this refers to any video they may have seen where he actually takes her...(the bolded part)...

Do you think the details of what was found will also be contained for the next 2 years or more until trial?

It dawned on me. She is riding her bike in a dark area. A truck seems to be too close, maybe he is saying something to her. If she did carry a knife or mace, she would be reaching for it at that point and probably trying to keep it in her hand either before she falls from the bike or after she hits the pavement. She probably stabs him when he is trying to abduct her in the very very beginning of this case. He is bleeding all over his own truck. He probably makes up some story at that point about what happened and enlists someone else's help -- and needs the stab wounds to prove that HE was attacked. Yep...that is what I am thinking now.

Officially, yes.
Unofficially, no.
Leaks & the Cajun net are sure to be rampant but I hope nothing is released/said/done to jeopardize this case because he has been on the street waaaaay longer than he should be! All JMO of course.

Are we allowed to discuss this post?
Imo, I believe bsl was born with a predisposition to turn out this way and that something traumatic happened to him as a child.

Someguy

Its very very very sad. Over the past few days I have been uncovering extremely horrifying things he went through as a child pretty much from the time he was born. The pain and hatred he must have felt had to be incredible. I feel very very sad for brandon that he was so twisted in the head that he was driven to do these evil things. what he did was unforgivable and heart breaking, yet somehow I feel as if he is a victim of his father and a victim of his own twisted reality that resulted from years and years of extreme physical and mental abuse. It makes me very very very sad.

I want to just tell everybody everything i know but ive been told not to talk about it, but I feel that everyone should know the truth however im very conflicted right now im not sure what to do honestly.

thanks to everyone who sent me a kind PM sorry my inbox got full very quick and i missed quite a few messages.
