I haven't found much in trying to trace Clifford Bosteder's direct line, but I did find information through his brother, Clyde's, line.

I believe this is Clyde Bosteder's obituary: Link here. Clifford and Clyde were a year apart in age and it sounds like they had a tumultuous childhood. Clyde passed away five years after Clifford and his obituary does not mention any siblings predeceasing or surviving him.

Clyde A. Bosteder, 89, died May 22, 2005 at the rural Ellensburg home of his daughter, CL...

...Following the death of his mother during his childhood, he lived for a time at Father Flannagan's Boy's Town in Wayne.

In 1922, his father was able to reunite the family, moving to Washington state...

...He was preceded in death by his first wife, M; and by two daughters, I and Y. Survivors include his second wife, EB; daughter, CL; son, EAB; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
I found a Facebook page and contact information for the daughter, CL, who would be Clifford Bosteder's niece. PM'ing to Nemo's Mom and Raine!

Thanks, MissSunshine! Two heads are better than one, especially when we find the same information - makes me feel better that it's the right information! :)

information sent to case manager. Will update when I hear any further information. Thanks everyone! NM
