In 1930: His mother was already widowed, and the family was living at 1918 Santa Maria Ave in Laredo. Another daughter, Elena, then 10, was living with them.
In 1914, Jesusa and Angela cross the border from Mexico to join her husband, Antonio in Laredo. She lists her birthplace as Hidalgo, Coahuila, Mexico, which is about 40 miles NNW of Laredo.
According to a family tree on Ancestry.com, dad Antonio lived 1880-1927, and brother Julio died 22 May 1995 in Scottsbluff, NE, leaving children Alice Calvillo and Luis R. Calvillo (these may be stepchildren). Luis, a Marine veteran, died 2 Dec 2003 in Scottsbluff and is buried in Fairview Cemetery there.
Luis's obituary says he is survived by his sons, Robert Calvillo of Virginia, Joseph Calvillo of Minneapolis, Minn., and Louie Calvillo of Walhalla, N.D.; daughter Anna Marie Calvillo of Omaha; brother Valtason Calvillo of Laredo. His siblings would be either nephew and niece or step-nephew and niece to Gregorio. His children would be either great-niece and nephews of Gregorio, or step-great niece and nephews.
