Wow, what a shame. I remember her on that show very well. I also remember her in a movie playing Margaret Sanger who was one of the earliest supporters for female birth control rights. She was great in that role and the movie really revealed all that Margaret went thru in her fight to get birth control available to women. She was jailed, harassed and many other indignities.

Thank you for the notice. I attended high school with her (my last year of h.s., that is). She was a leader even then, a shining star, a super-friendly gal.
