Jason Sams was accused of engaging a teenage boy in sexual activity after taking him to a Hocking County cabin in March.

Investigators took several boxes of potential evidence from his North Kingsville home and computer business.

“Those assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit are experts in investigating cases of this kind, and we will make sure those who abuse Ohio’s children are held accountable,” DeWine said.

It is possible there are additional victims.

December 2014:

A North Kingsville man already in prison for a sexual assault on a 13-year-old boy pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges involving another young victim.

Jason Sams, 35, was sentenced to serve an additional 15 years behind bars...
Sams had been charged with three counts of kidnapping, three counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual battery...

According to the Attorney General’s office, Sams used his relationships with parents to get to his victims.“This defendant targeted children whose parents trusted him enough to allow him to be alone with their kids and even take them on trips to different parts of the state," DeWine said in the statement. "This man is a predator, and I’m pleased that in addition to the time he is already serving, he'll now be behind bars for an additional 15 years."
