Pluckebaum Road in Cocoa, FL is near I-95 but is not an exit. It dead ends into the St. John's River. Interestingly, there is a truck repair shop, a firing range, lots of mobile homes, RV and camping areas along here. Not exactly a shady place at all.

On October 29, 2003, the skeletal remains of a Vietnamese male, Hein Van Tran, were found scattered along Pluckebaum Road in Cocoa.

So far, no motives or suspects have turned up in the death. Tran has connections to a neighborhood in northeastern Orlando known as "Little Vietnam" a tightly knit community along Colonial Drive.
