This beautiful little boy died back a week or so ago. His mother has just been arrested, and they do not state his cause of death.

There's charges listed that I don't understand.

Sweet, beautiful little guy.

"Sheriff Darren Benneweis says, "Our department received a phone call late night of September 18th, early morning of the 19th, of a 22–month–old child brought into the hospital in Fargo, basically the staff, what we were told was that the baby, the 22 month old child, had some injuries."
He died 5 days later."

Hmm why seal?

Anyway he's such a cutie, beautiful smile. Rip little boy:(

Mom says injury was caused when she struggled with her son during diaper change. This was a head injury.

In January Lindvall filed for divorce from Bentley's father. They were working out a custody agreement.

Lindvall moved her and Bentley in with her boyfriend and his 6 year old daughter.

Boyfriend cared for the kids in the mornings. When he had to go to work he dropped Bentley off at Linvall's parents home where her dad watched him until she got home.

Much more at link and how it was the boyfriend who told Lindvall something was seriously wrong and they had to go to hospital.

Again we have numerous people tending to kids. We have a divorce going on and custody thing going on. Boyfriends with kids. Who knows who the dad lives with?

No way could he have hit his head that hard during a diaper change.
I'm really surprised the bail was so low and she's out now.

On the day a murder trial was set to start, a Ransom County judge on Monday dismissed the case against a Fort Ransom woman accused of battering her 2-year-old son to death. Prosecutors asked the judge to dismiss murder and child abuse charges against Jodi Renae Lindvall, 30, based on an eleventh-hour discovery of an audio recording of a then 6-year-old witness in the case.

The recording, which the child's mother provided exactly one week before Lindvall's trial was set to begin, calls into question the identity of the person who battered Bentley Lindvall to death... Defense attorney Peter Wold said the child witness says in the audio recording that Jodi Lindvall's former live-in boyfriend, John Holub, had beaten Bentley Lindvall when he cried...

The boy had numerous healing fractures and suspicious bruises on his body in addition the fresh injuries, court documents say.
