Identified! TX - San Antonio, HispFem, 20-30, strangled, Oct'12 - Stephanie Garcia

A bicyclist found Stephanie Garcia, 24, on Roland Avenue near Terron Road early Oct. 3. She was on her back and appeared to have bruising around her throat and scratch marks on her thighs.

Investigators with the medical examiner's office have deemed her death a homicide.

San Antonio police homicide detectives are asking for anyone with information on Garcia's death to please call Crime Stoppers, 210-224-7867.
