I can't seem to find much more than the previous address. It looks like he may have lived there for a while. I am not sure how to access CA property records to see who owned the house at that time.
I am wondering if perhaps he could have been from India or Nepal or somewhere in that area. I find links to the last name and they all seem to direct me in that area. If so, it could be possible that Noel wasn't always the first name he went by but a shortened version of his name.
