On September 19, 1995, employees at Silver State Recycling (333 W. Gowan St. Las Vegas, NV 89130) discovered the dismembered torso of the victim. Upon discovery, all operations at the business were stopped pending arrival of law enforcement personnel. A subsequent search of the debris uncovered the victim's head and legs. Her legs were found in a Mauve "American Tourister" suitcase.
The remains came to center by commercial recycling trucks from the area bordered by East Flamingo, South Eastern, South Maryland Parkway, and Sunset. She is believed to have been dead for several days.
I really thought that she had already been listed on Websleuths, yet when I tried to find her thread earlier, I couldn't. I'm sorry if this is a duplicate.

Yesterday, I was looking through the missing persons listings on the California Department of Justice website (they have some missing persons who are not listed in NamUs). I saw the page for Bimlesh Singh (http://dojapp.doj.ca.gov/missing/det...=4099417600027) and thought that she looked really familiar. [IMO] She looks like the first sketch of this UID. Her height and weight are consistent, but her age and ethnicity are way off. The drive from Moreno Valley, CA to Las Vegas, NV is about 243 miles but it is not particularly difficult and many people from Southern California drive to Las Vegas on weekends or for a few days during the week.

I received an e-mail from Rick Jones about Bimlesh Singh possibly being the UID --
I am very interested in this tip, she sure looks a possible. I have sent a request to our DNA people to check our decedent's DNA in CODIS at UNT with the DNA at CA DOJ. As soon as we hear from them, I promise you, I will let you know. I looked at the photo's and soooooo close.

I heard back from Rick Jones of the Clark County Coroner's office. Bimlesh Singh has been ruled out through DNA.

Praying for Jarrae and her loved ones. I really hope they catch the monster who did this to her. I feel really bad for her, I think she had a very difficult life that ended up causing her to turn to her lifestyle and very sadly, her death.
she was young and very beautiful, with a twinkle in her eye. I am sure she had endless potential. R.I.P. Jarrae

Has she been identified?
I looked up the name "Jarrae" and I think that Joerose is referring to Jarrae Nikole Estepp who was found deceased in Anaheim, CA in 2014?

As I was looking at the people who are wanted by the Indiana Department of Corrections thinking about a different UID, I noticed Jacklyn Kurr who had been convicted of prostitution in Marion County. In September 1995, she was 25 years old (her birthday is November 16, 1969). The Indiana Department of Corrections describes Jacklyn Kurr as being 4’ 11” tall and 196 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. Although I haven’t read anything about the wanted woman being Hispanic, I see a lot of similarities between Ms. Kurr and the short haired reconstruction of the unidentified woman in the suitcases in Las Vegas.

The timing may be a deal breaker, if they disclosed the day that she was last accounted for in Indiana it would help (I have noticed that sometimes the warrant for an escapee’s arrest will be dated sometime after the date they were last seen). Assuming the dates are correct, Jacklyn Kurr was sentenced for prostitution on September 13, 1995 – the unidentified woman was found on September 19, 1995. Assuming that there was some sort of distraction when she was sentenced and she was able to slip away without anyone noticing, that gives her less than a week to get from the Indianapolis metro area to Las Vegas.
