........Hollee Marie Krueger died June 3 while walking on a road in Middleburg. Officials say she'd just left a party hosted by two 20-year-olds, Amber Campbell and Jacob Hicks. They've recently been charged under a 2011 state law prohibits holding an open house party where alcohol was served to people under 21.

5 Middleburg residents charged in death of teen struck after leaving party drunk

.............Amber Campbell and Jacob Hicks, both 20 and of the same Myrtle Loop home, were charged with the open house party violation and serving, selling or giving alcoholic beverages to those under 21. James Rosier and Austin Pettit, both 21, and Eric Gibson, 22, were charged with the alcohol violation.

The charges are second-degree misdemeanors that carry up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

A judge issued warrants Friday and police made arrests as late as Monday.

The suspects were booked on bail of $50,000 to $60,000 each. None could be reached to comment............

Rosier and Pettit gave her liquor while playing beer pong and encouraged her to drink from a bottle to the point that she became drunk, the reports said.

The Times-Union learned she left after an argument and was struck nearby.
