For those wanting to watch on your iPhone, you can get the app skyfire and you'll be able to open any of the live feed links and watch from your phone. I always use kpho on my phone.

As for presumption of innocence until proven guilty….
Since I am not a member of a jury and this is only a discussion board I do not have to abide by the rules of the court in order to express an opinion. If we were to assume that all defendants on this board were innocent, then there really wouldn't be much to discuss.

The fact that he brings up the jury instructions first makes me think that he will deny the defense motion.

I'll be in and out. My cat is very ill and I have to take him to the vet. It's time to make "the" decision. I'm so sad.

why would the judge read jury instructions before closing arguments instead of after? So much confusing in this case.

I'm more sorry than I can say, I recently had to help my mom with one of her beloved cats last month, and my Queen...it's been about a year now and I still cry. You are not alone in your sorrow over this hard decision...we are all with you. Bless you and your kitty.
