    MD - Dundalk, WhtMale UP10142, 40-60, in river, Sep'11 - William Bagley

Baltimore County police need help identifying 'John Doe' victim
Police believe man may be from Dundalk area

The Baltimore County Police Department said it needs the public's help with a cold case to identify a man whose body was found in the river over a year ago.

Officers were called to the Back River under the Interstate 695 Bridge for a report of a body in the water at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2011. A witness told police the body had not been there early in the day. There were no signs of foul play and the body had been in the water for a significant period of time.

Police said despite a year of investigating, detectives have not been able to identify the victim through the autopsy, DNA or fingerprints. The cause of death remains undetermined.

A Baltimore County Police Department forensic artist has completed a skull reconstruction in an attempt to determine what the victim may look like. Police said forensic artists attempt to recreate the features as closely as possible, but some features of the victim may look slightly different.

Police said they are releasing the photographs to the public in the hope that can identify the victim and notify his next of kin.

The victim is described as a white man, 40 to 60 years old. Detectives said they believe he may be from the Dundalk area.

Anyone with information about the identity of the victim is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

Michael Craig Conway, missing from Gloucester VA since Jan 2011

The age may be off a little but Gloucester is on the water in central VA and a body could easily float up the bay to Baltimore.

Bruce Freeman was found deceased. I do not know why the NamUs profile is still active.

I know the age is off but the composite is excellent. I would push this one again until you actually get an answer.

I wonder how long a significant period of time in the water is?

Not the best match to the composite but he is the right age and disappeared from 8 miles away.

astridxx, if you chase your submission will you also submit HLW? If you are not going to chase and/or do not want to submit HLW let me know and I will submit.
