“The People are concerned about Mr. Graves’ ability to manipulate his service provider and probation officer into thinking he was doing quite well,” Chief Deputy District Attorney Mark Hand said...

Graves... was sentenced by Gurley to serve 10 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections, followed by five years of parole. He was also ordered to concurrently serve 15 years of intensive, supervised probation. Graves may serve roughly half of the 10-year prison term before being eligible for release, attorneys noted.
