Drew excused him and is now saying his counsil was "Ineffective". Happening now. Peterson wants a whole new trial now! Really??
And remember how buddy buddy they always were? Now he's unhappy with Brodskys work?

Says he wasn't fired or asked to go, his formerly fired atty Greenberg is back, and his police pension atty filed the ineffective counsel argument, which Drew doesn't agree with. SiGH.
