Who has a list of missing women from IL, IN and KY that are caucasian, recently missing and matching the age range?

I can only find three - all of whom are from Indiana, but none of whom seem likely.

Danyel Pauley

(hair color doesn't match)

Candi Brown

(hair color doesn't match)

Holly Elischer

(if this UID was Holly, they probably would have noted her excessive weight)

The UID has only been dead for a few days, so it is unlikely that she would be on any public MP listing yet.

Holly keeps coming to mind. You are correct they didn't note the weight but honestly they gave so few details that I can not rule her out. Very sad but hopefully a family will get closure and are able to bring their loved one "home".

So few details...so many unanswered questions!:banghead:

Speaking of their weights, I notice that the weight on Danyel Pauley NAMUS profile is 110 lbs. I think her face looks at least 50 lbs heavier.

I agree that if she was just found and was only there for a few days that she may not have a DoeNetwork right now.

The Cornrows are very interesting though, you almost never see cornrows on someone who is Caucasian. If that's how she normally had her hair then she will probably get identified pretty quickly.

The updated article now says 'several weeks' and 'quite decomposed'. Sadly.

Which updated article? I read the article again and it says the same "Detectives estimated that the body had been there for no more than a few days."

The first article was updated - at least on the WISHTV website link it is....... hmmmm.....

It says 'dreadlocks' for Kourtne. They're different than cornrows - or maybe LE doesn't know the difference????

Honestly, in total seriousness, they probably don't. I doubt I could tell you the difference LOL. ;)

Dreads are twisted lengths of hair - cornrows are braids that hug the scalp.

That's me - repository of trivia but cannot remember my kids' names sometimes. :)

I have only seen cornrows on a Caucasian person when the person also has a close connection to the black community.

I guess you never saw Bo Derek in the 1979 movie "10".

Now they're saying 'braids' and that she was 'last seen wearing skate shoes'. I'm inclined to say sloppy reporting rather than they have a 'last seen' since she is described as decomposed and remains unidentified. A basic description is also in the article.

It sounds like they went around with a picture or description, and somebody at Walmart remembered selling her the shoes. Which wouldn't mean they know who she is, but she would have been seen before.

eta: I'm extrapolating what they might mean -- so take it as speculation, not a statement of fact.

I can't get the TV station links to work, but I found this article about the JD in case others are having trouble with the links.

http://tribstar.com/local/x691731658/Unidentified-woman-died-from-blunt-force-trauma-coroner-says

"Her age has been estimated at 20 to 40 years. Her height is in the range of 5-feet-3 to 5-feet-5 inches tall. She weighs 130 to 160 pounds, is Caucasian, and has brown corn-rowed braids that extend past her shoulders. When her body was found, the woman was wearing black pants and black shoes with white soles."
