FL - Six Year Old Forced To Sleep Outside

John Haley and his wife Stephanie Haley have been arrested after their 6 year old went to a neighbor hungry. The child told the eighbor he was forced to sleep out on the porch for three nights in a row.

No worries as child services removed six more children from the home as well as this poor kid.

Out of seven children I'd place a bet this poor kid isn't the only little that was abused. Thanks to the neighbor for doing the right thing.

    Six. Years. Old.

    Poor little guy.

You know...you look to your parents for love, comfort, protection -- to keep you safe from all the monsters under your bed at night...NOT to lock you out of the house, and feed you only lettuce and rice.

Bet his parents weren't eating lettuce and rice, or sleeping on the floor, much less the porch.

    Around here somewhere
This breaks my heart. I feel like crap if my son's favorite blanket is in the wash come bedtime, I would never be able to put him on the porch to sleep. Loose dogs, pedophiles, the risk that they would wander off.

And the thought of the parents sleeping in their nice warm bed while their kid was terrified and alone on the porch just chaps my you know what. I shudder to think of what they did to the six kids they kept inside the house.

Parenting doesn't come with a manual, but it should only come after a test, I'm telling ya.

These two are peachy. Why was this poor little one forced to sleep outside and only fed lettuce and rice? Because he ate too much of course.

Mugshots and lemme say she should have ate the lettuce. They admitted they did this to this baby.

And those poor siblings. What are they thinking, knowing the little brother is outside alone all night in the dark? I hope they NEVER get him back, but they probably will.

7 kids? And all I want is one more.
This post is my opinion only unless supported with a link.

MISSING SINCE 6 NOVEMBER 2011 when his mother ALLEGEDLY left him in a locked car.
She has been uncooperative with law enforcement and has seemingly moved on with her life.

"Deputies said the boy told them that when he’s not put out on the porch, he’s often locked in the garage and only let in the house a couple of times a day to use the bathroom.
Officials said a deputy noted that there was no bed or bedroom furniture of any kind on the screened-in porch. Recent overnight temperatures in Volusia County have dipped into the 50s."

WTF. What is wrong with these people? Apparently neither of them thought that this kind of punishment was in any way neglectful. Disgusting. How about we feed them only lettuce and rice and leave them outside with no bedding, see if it's still not neglect.
