Elizabeth Johnson Sentencing Friday

Johnson faces between two-to-nine years behind bars in the case involving the disappearance of her missing infant son, Gabriel.

She's already been in jail for nearly three years and will get credit for time served...meaning she could be released if the judge hands down a lenient sentence...

I hope this brat gets all 9 years.

I DO NOT want her to get off easy.

Hi folks.. a bit MIA duye to new job but catching up. Knowing this judge, I don't expect much more time for EJ in the Big House. Sigh.

Baby Gabriel's mom set to be sentenced

We are just hours away from knowing if Elizabeth Johnson will be a free woman. Her sentencing is Friday...

...Gabriel's father, Logan McQueary, won't be physically in the courtroom tomorrow, but he's going to call in and make sure the judge hears what he thinks before Johnson gets her sentence...

..."I'm just going to be explaining what we've done for the past few years and how much pain it's put a lot of people through in my family and I don't think she should get off lightly," McQueary said...

...We've just learned Johnson plans to say something during the hearing...

..."I expect that she'll explain that she feels bad about what happened, she is going to probably apologize and just say how she feels about the incident, why she did what she did," Victor said.....

..."Her apology doesn't mean anything to me. I wish she would just tell the truth," McQueary said...

...Johnson's lawyer said her grandfather, grandmother and twin brother will also give statements tomorrow. So will McQueary's father and a few other family members...

More at link.

'lil wit?ch. My apologies if this has already been posted. Glad to read what her family thinks about where she will be living, not with them.

I'm going to say this, Gabriel is such an adorable little baby, I can't see anyone in their right mind hurting him or giving him away. Just too sad. Give her the max that the state can give her!

Elizabeth has sentenced Gabriel to a lifetime of never knowing his true identity, she has robbed Logan of the right to parent Gabriel and robbed him and his family of a lifetime of memories watching Gabriel grow up.
IMO there isn't a sentence long enough for her and I will just be heartbroken if she walks today. I won't be surprised at all, but it will still just break my heart.

There's a new video with this story- an interview with Marc Victor this a.m.
He says the probation department recommendation to the judge is for probation. He also says that he believes that Elizabeth, in fact, gave Gabriel to a couple in San Antonio and was arranged by Tammi Smith.

That's exactly what I believe! She was all over the net looking for a surrogate or baby to adopt, she obviously knew someone else who desperately wanted a baby and she was all to happy to be their "God" by arranging for them to have Gabriel since she and Jack couldn't.

Judge Kreamer tells Tammi Smith not to profit from any speaking engagements re: the case until her next hearing on Feb 1.

Judge Joseph Kreamer will delete Tammi Smith's deferred jail term. Smith still remains on probation.

Thanks, CA - the info has already been posted on the Tammi Smith sentencing thread.

Well its almost time. I hope she gets 10 more years in jail. This poor little baby (imo) is not alive or she would have said so years ago.

:jail: :jail: :jail:

Victor said he gets e-mails from people angry with Johnson, but also people who support her and are offering to take her into their homes.

Uh, I hope these people offering to take her in don't have kids! Geeeez :notgood:

I wonder how many of those "offers" are people who think they can torture EJ into telling where Gabriel is once they had her in their homes??? :floorlaugh:
