    WI - Christopher Leach, 44, Forest County, 12 Nov 2012

    Forest County -

    The Forest County Sheriff's Department is asking for help locating a missing Crandon man.

    Christopher Leach, 44, has been missing since Monday.

    The Sheriff's Department says family is very concerned. A photo of Leach and his vehicle are to the left.

    It's believed Leach is driving a 4-door silver Nissan Frontier truck with a roof rack and black wheels. The license plate number is AK 1756.

    If you see Leach or his vehicle, call the Forest County Sheriff's Department at 715-478-3331.

    Gosh, not much info at all. Wonder who he was last seen by? Had he mentioned struggles in his life? Sure hope he's safe somewhere!!!

    I found his son's facebook page. Poor kid seems to be a wreck. I hope Christopher is found very soon!

    I found a Facebook that is affiliated with a local Catholic Church in Crandon. Not sure if they have a connection with Mr. Leach and his family, but they have also posted Mr. Leach as deceased as well.

    I think I may have also found Mr. Leach's son's Facebook, also confirming deceased. Will not post due to lack of my own confirmation, however this Facebook looks to be correct from my standpoint. If anyone sees that Facebook, please assist in confirmation.

    Obituary for Christopher "Chris" T. LeachChristopher T. Leach, age 44, of Crandon went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 17, 2012. Chris was born in Laona on July 16, 1968 the son of Ward and Marilyn (Krawze) Leach. Chris was the second to the last baby born at the Ovitz Hospital
    in Laona.

    Chris was a 1986 graduate of Laona High School. He furthered his education by attending the University of Wisconsin Platteville receiving a degree in Business Administration and Economics in 1990. After graduation, Chris returned to Laona and went to work at Bemis Manufacturing Company, now known as Snow River Products, Crandon.

    On May 11, 1995 in Crandon, Chris married Billie Jo Johnson.

    He enjoyed restoring old cars including porsches, and M.G. Midgets.

    Chris loved spending time in the woods with his boys and family.

    He is survived by his wife, Billie Jo

    Sons: Chris, Jr., Crandon
    Caleb, Crandon

    Parents: Ward and Marilyn Leach, Laona

    Sister: Mary (Bub) Belland, Laona

    Brothers: Jeff (Brandy) Leach, Mosinee
    Jon (Kathy) Leach, Green Bay

    Further survived by many nieces and nephews

    He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Chet & Ardis Krawze and paternal grandparents, Austin & Bernice Leach.

    Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 20th at St. Leonard Catholic Church, Laona, and again on Wednesday, November 21st from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Funeral mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Monsignor Paul Koszarek and Deacon Jerry Cross officiating.
