TX - East Texas man charged with abusing toddler

Well, isn't he just a fine upstanding example of a man ? /sarcasm

WHERE are all these young creep-criminal boyfriends coming from?! It's like this happens every single day across the country. What in Hades gives???

Are these just sick individuals or is something in society producing them? And what draws these mothers to them??

My goodness, that poor little girl. It's monstrous.

I don't think it's the mothers that are drawn to THEM .. predators seek out young mothers with children they can take advantage of. The can be charming and appear to be your prince charming, for access to your children..

Sick $)(*&$@*&s... I shouldn't be on this thread.

imo

Family members said the girl, taken to a Dallas hospital, suffered intestinal tears, five broken ribs, a bruised spleen, a ruptured aorta artery and bruises to her entire body, including what the family described as a fist print on her forehead.

“One nurse told us it looked like someone stomped on her with their foot,”

I was looking at his fb and i just cant understand he has a picture of baby girl on there and under the comments it says something along the lines of "i am sorry this has happen to you" that's my words not his.I am not sure if i can post his fb or not? IMO hes sick and has alot of nerves to make such a comment knowing he did this to that baby!!

A concussion in August?

It will be interesting to learn if/how that was reported to CPS at the time and what they did or did not do.

Another one.

Monster.

Running an errand that took an hour. How many cases have we seen here that this happens?

They're angry, they're louses, they're demented and vile and they are taking it out on their girlfriends children. How can that be prevented? We need our women to have some more self-esteem and some da*n common sense when they become mothers. Pick yourself a rotten creep. Pick anyone, but when you become a mother you're choosing for precious cargo.

Sorry. Rant. A fist mark on her little head.

What a dirtbag...I can only hope he gets what he gave! Praying the little girl recovers quickly.

On Friday, Child Protective Services had encouraging news regarding this story. CPS took custody of the child earlier this week. They said while the child is still in the hospital, they hope she will be released sometime next week.

They say considering her injuries, she is recovering well.

Earlier this week, there was some confusion as to what abuse the child suffered. CPS said the blunt force trauma to this little girl was so severe, it was difficult for doctors to determine whether or not she had been sexually abused. However, CPS said doctors in Dallas determined the 2-year-old was not sexually abused.

:please:

I pray that this precious beautiful little 2-yr old child will be adopted by a loving family and never be returned to her neglectful mother!

"When she is released, she will be placed in foster care," said Shari Pulliam, the media specialist for CPS. "As of right now, while our investigation is ongoing with law enforcement, we think the best place and safest place for this child is in foster care."

December 2012:

Joshua William's fiancee said she never expected him to allegedly beat her daughter so badly that she would have to spend several weeks in the hospital.

"He's a bad person in my book now and I hope I never see him again."

The mother said she left her two-year-old alone with Williams many times.

She was not expecting, what she saw, when she came home from running errands November 20th.

"She was foaming at the mouth, she wasn't moving."...

Shari Pulliam with Child Protective Services said there was a previous investigation of alleged physical abuse in August.

CPS believes the alleged abuse was happening in the mother's home. However, those with CPS did not say if they believe Williams was responsible.
