    From article at link above:

"Culolias reportedly left his wallet and phone at the restaurant."

I'm not familiar with the area or this restaurant but I am very familiar with having sons this age. I can see any one of them leaving their wallet OR phone by accident but not both a wallet AND a phone. I hope Jack returns safely to his family - they must be frantic! My prayers are with him and his family.

Oh my, no big surprise here, young male, ......RIGHT by the water:

Was he by himself? Friends? Date? Drinking? Where did he live in comparison to the restaurant...and I'm assuming he was walking since no description of vehicle?

ETA: He apparently was escorted out of the bar. See video at FB link.

His fb with posts regarding his disappearing.

His father just passed in June of this year. I watched a long video memorial about him...and it just brought me tears. I'm sure his children and wife miss him very much. Now another family member is missing.

Jack...whereever you are I pray you are safe.

There appears to be a low-head dam in the river/canal near where he went missing. These are dangerous. In Ohio, they are removing them because of the danger to anyone in the water near them.

    for his safe return.

Oh, I hate these cases, because they usually end the same. College guy out for the evening, has some drinks, disappears after leaving/on the way home, always water nearby.

Young men, please stay together with your friends when out for the night. Young women have sadly had to do it for ages, for protection from others, but with all these young men lost lately, you all need to start doing it to look out for one another! At least until something changes in the US and we get rid of this dreadful hate/love, abstemious/excessive drinking culture, and college age young men and women don't feel the need to binge drink or drink to excess to have fun.

Might not be the case here, but.. Circumstances sound all too familiar. what a gorgeous young man with a whole future ahead of him, and his family has already suffered a loss this year. You are loved and missed, Jack, please come home!

From the FB comments (and mods, please delete if this is inappropriate) he was intoxicated when he arrived at the restaurant. A friend reported getting a 'drunk mumbling' call from him before he arrived at the restaurant from which he was subsequently tossed.
    Doesn't sound good at all.

What a nice looking young man. If he was intoxicated before arriving at the restaurant, then drank more, that's not good at all. I wish these restaurants would call authorities or someone before throwing a drunk person out near the water like that. I know LE has more important things than continuous calls about drunk persons but this close to dangerous waters? It becomes a matter of life and death....

Or at least page a friend to accompany him and in making decisions. He's 19 too. Not good for that establishment either if they served him. They really need to check that river/lake or whatever really good with all the cases we've seen in the recent past.... and the outcome.

I really hope he is not going to be like all of the other young men, leaving bars, and end up in the water. I just don't get it. I hope there are no smilie faces anywhere.

My son went to high school with him and his twin brother Alex. He was at his going away party the night before he left for ASU. He says they're looking in the water right now. I pray he's found safe. Unfortunately when it's been this long, chances are slim. This poor family lost the dad from cancer earlier this year and now this. Just tragic...
