TX - 11 yr old girl possibly strangled by stepdad at Dyess AFB, Texashttp://www.ktxs.com/news/UPDATE-Poli...t/-/index.html
Called to Dyess Air Force Base on Wednesday, Abilene police are currently attempting to determine if the girl’s injuries are consistent with what her stepfather is telling law enforcement. The unidentified man told police his stepdaughter had tried to hang herself, but police are working with doctors at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth to determine if attempted strangulation of the girl is a possibility.
I don't know yet if the parents of this 11 year old girl has a history with CPS or not. Local police are all over this and not in an "accidental death" kind of a way. MOO

It doesn't say but since LE is working with the doctors to determine if he attempted to strangle her, I assune she is unconscious or unable to talk because of her injuries....hopefully she gets a chance to tell them what happened also....
