This is the link to the Philip Carlo interview.
In it he himself, philp Carlo said that he smelled a distinct odor coming from Richard Ramirez who he said was freshly showered. The kind of odor that surviving victims of other sks had described. Yes, eewwwwww!
This theory sounds superstitious, like the old tales about the devil smelling like sulfur. It's more plausible that Ramirez has some long-standing filthy habits and one shower wasn't enough to get rid of the stink.

(Still, I confess to being totally intrigued by stories like this, and am now off to listen to the radio show.)

If Tom Cruise found a human arm bone in his yard, would we suddenly have to refer to him as TC, in order to protect his identity?

    I'm confused.
Sure you can mention him by name, MK, within the context of the media reports. In this forum in particular, however, it's always best to start out using initials and keep it that way. A slew of posts were removed previously due to poster indiscretion when discussing this individual.

Has anyone seen this? A screenplay written by Frankvespe. I haven't read it yet, not sure if I want to. The title is Book of Sluts: confessions of the Gilgo Beach Killer. Tasteless for sure but, is it something to look into?

Okay now...I am reading through the screenplay of Book Of Sluts: Confessions of the Gilgo Beach killer. It seems to be written in a familiar style. Very disturbing content. WTH is REALLY going on?

Oh hecky, who am I kidding! ; ) I can't help myself. Could THIS be the Frank Vespe who wrote the screenplay? He's originally from NJ.

Wow, just running a little search: This guy has links to Queens, East Hampton, Hempstead (Levittown) & Amagansett. He is 57 years old and a videographer.

Here is the summary of the book:

    Synopsis

"While searching for missing Craisglist prostitute Shannan Gilbert, ten dismembered bodies are found scattered along Ocean Parkway in Gilgo Beach; yet Suffolk Police, NYPD and the FBI have no clues, no motive, no suspects. When a water-logged notebook OAK BEACH SLUTS floats by after Hurricane Sandy, we hear, we see, we feel every delicious detail."

IMO, Something is really "off-color" about this.

This says the mugshot guy, FDV, is 54. The Videographer, FJV, is supposed to be 57.

I don't want to download it. Can you post a snippet that shows writing style, please?

Maybe just a writer's way to work through it after nobody listens to mere logic?
