A judge on Friday set a trial date for Ana Patricia Dominguez after ruling she is competent to stand trial for the 2012 slayings of a Homewood mother and her two young children...
Pulliam set a trial date of Nov. 14 for Dominguez...
Dominguez, 33, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras, faces three counts of capital murder in the Dec. 14, 2012 deaths of Araceli Juarez-Montero, 30, and her sons, Hugo Adial Juarez, 4, and Uziel David Juarez, 5, at the family's Homewood apartment... Montero was beaten with an unknown blunt object, and her boys strangled, possibly with ligatures.

Ana Patricia Dominguez, 33, was to have gone on trial Nov. 14 for capital murder after a judge ruled in May that she is competent to stand trial. She could have faced a possible death penalty if she had been convicted.
