We're not saying this isn't a good rule to follow, but you have to wonder how many times this happened before they had to make it a law.
I tried to look up mugshots of people who were arrested for DWUB but had no luck. Maybe they all died?
Remind me not to go to Oklahoma, I eat my kids' leftovers all the time.
