PA - Alleged Serial Rapist Blames Assaults On Hormones
David Martinez told police he had met and had plenty of girls from FB. The 20 year old Martinez claims he is a sex addict due to his out of control hormones.
Seriously? This guy they know raped at least two girls at his house. He lured them from FB, and was even picking up 14 year olds after school in his vehicle.
They interviewed a neighbor who said he is a good boy who goes to work and school so he could not believe it. Having a job and classes does not exempt one from rape.

Gosh - how many times have we heard that "he was a good boy" so surely this "good boy" did not commit any crimes.
Wake up, people. There is no such thing as a typical rapist. Unfornately, horns don't grow out of their heads and certain organs don't shrivel up and fall off.

As Assistant District Attorney Patricia Broscius described each of the five violent sexual encounters on teens in which he was charged, Northampton County Judge Emil Giordano paused to ask David Martinez if he was the one responsible. "Yes, your honor," Martinez, clad in a bright orange prison jumpsuit, answered softly...
Martinez pleaded guilty to one count each of sexual assault and attempted aggravated indecent assault and three counts of aggravated indecent assault...
He sentenced Martinez to 12 to 24 years in prison with an additional 16 years of probation to follow his release. The sentence was the combination of consecutive sentences of 24 to 48 months for each aggravated indecent assault and attempted aggravated indecent assault charge and 48 to 96 months for the sexual assault charge.

Fortunately for this young man, we can completely suppress his hormones, which I am sure he will immediately cooperate with, seeing that this is the only thing, according to him, that "made" him commit sexual assaults."If you are lucky enough to find a way of life you love, you have to find the courage to live it."
