In that article it says the call was traced to Vancouver, WA.... I LIVE IN VANCOUVER!

So the same day his car was burning in Big Bear he supposedly taunted one of his victims via a phone call traced to Vancouver... Wow...

I hope they catch this guy soon. My thoughts go out to the victims. I cant imagine what it's like to be victimized and then taunted by the scum.
 
i've been following this story ,Yesderday KTLA 5 annouched in their broadcast" They Lost him" .
 
I don't think it is at all clear in that article if the call was actually from him or some hoaxter.

I hope the FBI can find the actual caller.
 
i got a chance to be on a LA Times Speecast yesterday,just in the chatroom. but somebody brought up that another vehicle was shot@ ,making 3 cars fired upon by cops? any more info? They also said ,the truck left @ big bear was a Diversion tactic.any thoughts?

But didm't they say it was traced to Vancouver? I don't think CD had a chance to get that far North, yet. [ maybe NOW, but not back then.]

ABC7 news just said a "source" of theirs said 2 AR-15 weapons were left behind in Dorner's truck.

Well, perhaps only those who think he is still in Big Bear would not see that it might be possible for him to have gotten to Vancouver. Or, maybe he has a cell phone with a Vancouver Area Code?
 
I can't imagine how the family of the deceased feel after getting that phone call. How cruel. Hoping this creep is caught very soon.

I'm thinking it would be something like this. Vancouver has a weird area code though. (360). It covers both SW Washington, and NW Washington with the 425 in the middle. I don't think he is here, but it was weird to see the tie to my town.
