PETERSBURG, VA (WWBT) -Relatives are offering a cash reward for anyone who can help find 25-year-old Deonta Harrison, who police say disappeared while walking on Dunlop Street near his home in Petersburg.

For the fourth time since Feb. 10, 2013, Brenda Harrison, along with friends and family met at Farmer Street Park to read poems and sing to pay their respects to her son, Deonta Harrison. Attendees all wore orange, one of Deonta Harrison's favorite colors.

"Freaky Dee," as he was normally called, would now be 26 years old. He was last seen on the 500 block of South Dunlop Street on Feb. 10, 2013.

"His girlfriend [at the time] said she saw him walking down the street and he just disappeared. Nobody can find him," Brenda Harrison said.

After 3 years, man missing from Petersburg still nowhere to be found

Detectives in Petersburg are still searching for Deonta Lee Harrison.

Harrison was 25-years-old when he disappeared on Sunday, February 10, 2013. He was last seen in the 500 block of South Dunlop Street with a group of friends. However, he hasn’t had contact with family or acquaintances since.

Distinguishing Characteristics African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Harrison has a tattoo on his right arm of the name "BRITTANY" with bricks around it. His nickname is Freaky D.

Details of Disappearance
Harrison was last seen in Petersburg, Virginia in the early morning hours of February 10, 2013. He was with a group of friends in the 500 block of south Dunlop Street at the time; he had met with them to give them a dirt bike. He has never been heard from again.

Harrison is the fourth of five children, and lived in the 20100 block of Bollinger Court at the time of his disappearance. In addition to being listed as a missing person, he has warrants out for arrest for offenses in multiple counties. In spite of this, however, his family believes he's deceased and they held a memorial service for him in 2015. His case remains unsolved.
