Lubbock Police said Tiffany Groves, a woman who was last seen Feb. 24, may be the body who was found at Mackenzie Park Wednesday evening.

Update from press conference stated Tiffany was last seen at Lucky Mart located 1 mile from her residence. Where is this in relation to the stop sign where husband let her out? Where body found?

Hope that's not her they found and she's safe somewhere!!
 
Wondering how long it will take for the autopsy to be completed.
 
Just saw on the KCBD FB page that Tiffany's daughter is commenting on the picture of her mom at the store and confirming that it is her mother's body that was found in the park. Her husband identified her by her clothes. :(
 
The following article says she was last seen on Feb 24th but wasn't reported missing until March 2nd. I wonder why there was such a long delay in reporting her missing? Also why would her husband drop her off at a stop sign a mile away from their house? And didn't he think it was strange when she didn't come home after a few days? I understand he dropped her off after they had an argument and that was the last time he seen her. How many times have we heard the "after an argument" story when a women goes missing?

ETA: It will be interesting to learn what the COD will turn out to be and if she was sexually assaulted. Another thing I would be curious to know is if her body was found covered or not.
 
Knew this was coming but still very saddend by it. Hoping LE releases more info so someone can figure out who did this to her.

Thanks for the update, CF. I feel awful for everyone involved :(
How admirable of her sister to move to Lubbock to take care of the kids!

What stands out to me is that her body was found within 3 weeks of her last being seen alive, yet they have no cause of death. In Lubbock the Feb-March temps are pretty low, with the occasional 80 degrees being the high.

I don't know what the hold up is, but hopefully this family finds the closure they deserve soon!
