1. Was the last text, the one at 9:37 p.m., sent from Dylan's phone? If not, how was the text sent?
 
I would like to know if LE wants MR to take another poly and have they asked him to do so?
 
I would like to know everywhere Dylan and MR went camping / fishing, etc. together. Is there a place that Dylan, and/or Mark especially loved, outdoors, where they spent time together? It could have been many years ago, maybe somewhere in old photo albums...what was the location of old family vacations, if any?

(ps: I do not believe the integrity of the investigation is compromised with my question posed above since any potential suspects should be under surveillance anyway!)
 
Has LE ever confirmed whether Dylan made it to MRs house?

What make and model of phone did Dylan have and what carrier for his service? Did he have an iPod and if so which model?

Has ER been able to obtain for herself the texts sent from phone and/or iPod Sunday night?

Did anyone fom Elaine's circle ever speak with the mail carrier about why she is certain she saw Dylan - what characteristics she used to identify him? Has anyone asked the mail carrier about the second boy? Have any boys been identified as the ones that the mail carrier saw?

What is the status of the pole found at the dam - was it identified to be Dylan's?

Did anyone from Elaine's circle ever speak with T?

What is a typical meeting with the investigators like? Do they discuss what they've done or what they're planning?

Is there anything the investigators heve refused to do or search? How is the family's confidence in LE holding up?
 
When was the last time Dylan's phone pinged and from where?

Following up on this, does she know what the text said and to whom it was sent? (I do not expect her to share that info, as she may not be allowed or comfortable doing that, but I would like to know if she knows.) And if she does, would she say it sounds like a "normal" text of Dylan's?
 
Are either of the PI's (Bobby Brown or Michael Olson) still working on Dylan's disappearance?

I'd change this to:
1) Was the 9:37 pm text incoming or outgoing?
If incoming, was it significant?

If outgoing:
2) From Dylan's cellphone or another device? What device if not the phone?
3) From the time of the last message Dylan sent to R (around 8 pm) were there additional messages SENT from Dylan's cellphone (or other device) before the 9:37 text?
In other words, was there a significant gap in texting activity?
 
What did the investigators tell you about Mark's polygraph? Did they tell you it was inconclusive? Did they tell you they want him to take another one?

Did the investigators tell you that they are focusing on Mark as the perpetrator in Dylan's disappearance, or is that your own conclusion or fear?

Did the investigators tell you they believe Dylan was at Mark's house?

Did the investigators tell you whether Dylan used Mark's landline? (This could be a way they determined Dylan was at Mark's house.)

Do you have plans to bring a missing person organization such as Klaas Kids onboard? They offer many services to the parents of missing children in addition to searches.

Have the investigators told you if Dylan sent other texts Sunday night besides the ones to Ryan, and the one at 9:37?

Have the investigators told you if the postal worker sighting is ruled out? Or have they told you it's unconfirmed? In other words, what term do they use to you for the sighting - "ruled out" or "unconfirmed"?

In your interview with Melissa Blasius of 9 News, you said police searched your house. Was that with or without a search warrant? When did they conduct that search?

Have police conducted a formal interview with you?

Did Mark ever physically abuse you? Did he ever physically abuse Dylan? If so, can you characterize what that abuse consisted of (hitting, punching, kicking, choking, etc. Just a one word description is fine.)
 
Did Wendy's dogs search around Mark's property?

Was a general search conducted around the areas the dogs hit at 5 Branches?
 
When did ER get full custody?

Is MR up-to-date on paying CS?

What has LE said to ER or Cory about putting pressure on Mark?

Does ER know why LE has asked that TES hold-off coming in?

Has MR paid support since Dylan went missing??
 
Has Mark paid or said anything about paying child support while Dylan is still missing? Just wondering if there was a plan not to have to pay and now Dylan is just missing, but child support still has to be paid until everyone else knows where Dylan is.
 
-Had ER been aware a girlfriend was staying with MR during his time with DR?
-Was that the September trip or another? More than once?
-During the September trip or previous, what was the #/% of nights DR spent night with friends.
-Did DR ever have his friends come to MR house and/or spend night there?
 
Has MR paid any child support at all? Why does ER think MR (if she does think so) capable of hurting DR?
 
Did the receptionist at the lawyer office OR his employment office notice
anything odd about MR's behavior, clothing, speech, demeanor , etc. that Monday
morning?

Have you ER seen the pics of MR inside the walmart or the mcds drive thru ?


Maybe since we will have a billion questions and there is only so much time, we should line them all up and try to determine which are the most important few ? The ones with the most TELLING gaps in the story ? JS
 
You know some of these questions ER may not know the answer to and would be better to go to a reporter or straight to LE. Has Kevin Torres just removed himself? How about the pine river times? That gal seems nice and helpful ?
 
Has Mark ever taken Dylan's phone from him?

Has Dylan ever said, after previous visits with Mark, that Mark complained about Dylan spending time with his friends? That Mark complained that Dylan was texting too much? That he and Mark had had a bad argument?

Is Dylan frightened of Mark?
 
1.) Does Elaine know if they tested the cereal bowl and spoon for Dylan's DNA?
2.) Has a receipt of what was purchased at Wal Mart and McDonald's ever been produced? i.e. videos from the $ box such as that Adventurland movie or whatever they were supposed to have watched?
3.) Have any leads turned up from MR's computer-circle of friends-perhaps any communications of "interesting" photographs, etc...
4.) Has his former GF who was on DP been investigated?
5.) Have all of the "neighbors" in his vicinity been investigated, particularly any that have appeared at the searches and/or vigils?
