Location Last Seen: Police say Tiara Moore was last heard from on March 5th around 11 a.m., when she made contact with a family member via text message while on the 12100-block of Stringham Ctr. There has been no communication with the missing 13-year-old since that time.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown.
Last Seen Wearing: She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt with a hood, a thin black jacket, and pierced ears.
Identifying Marks or Characteristics: She has braided brown hair with curly ends.

Check the comments on the Newsone site posted above. Says she came home on 3/11/14. I couldn't find an updated news story about her though.
 
A comment from the above was made by her teacher, I won't repeat what she said but it does sound like she is home as of the 11th.

It looks like the same girl, the age is one year older and the street is the same. She left last year in March and returned home on March 11. I think it's the same girl. I wonder why it took 3 weeks for the missing notice to make the news?
 
Bumping because it is Feb 7 — the anniversary of the second time she ran away. She would be around 18 now, hopefully they just didn’t update us and she is okay.
