I agree. Thinking back, why should we even believe they were ever official? Maybe he started using her for sex almost immediately?

I thinks he was probably attracted to her initially but quickly became acutely aware of the nasty crazy lying under the surface.

Within an hour of testimony ending Thursday, the juror who has been seen in the past outside the courthouse after trial sat eating ice cream on a bench near a group of spectators who were waiting for the prosecutor.

Martinez chose to take a different exit Thursday afternoon and avoided the scene.

I love Si Robertson

I don't think ALV's line of thinking is reasonable.

I have been with my husband for almost 20 years. We started dating when I was 17. I would be embarrassed to admit the number of screaming fights we've had. I've shoved him a couple times out of intense anger (many years ago, but it still isn't right). He has never laid a hand on me but he did punch a hole in the bedroom wall once during a fight.

We have a wonderful, beautiful, intensely caring and loving relationship. It's healthy but of course not perfect. We went through everything we went through for a reason and I am proud of how far we've come. I think it's been a pretty normal marriage so far, especially since we were married so very young.

Surely Ms. LV will say I should have left long ago, that we're both abusive and our relationship is incredibly unhealthy.

A "normal" relationship is pretty simple and black and white on paper. But living it that way is a different story. I dare anyone in a relationship to say they haven't had at least a few major fights or screaming matches.

Or, maybe I truly am a freak of nature.

AND that 5 mos. was long distance, Palm Desert->Mesa 300mi.

I will say that I believe TA was taken with JA at first.

I agree that we cannot believe anything that is not confirmed independent of JA.

ITA, I showed my husband ALV's chart of abuse. We were both laughing and recalling the early years of our marriage. It was pretty intense and passionate fights, some mild physical shoving, etc.

We love each other intensely and fought intensely. Now we're old and we talk things out or we agree to disagree. I think in the early years, the 700 sq. ft. apartment (including the balcony & storage space) didn't help either! LOL

Okay, back on topic!

I have never been a jealous person and this is why " Jealousy does not show how much you love someone, it just shows how insecure you are".

So I have never been a jealous type person, I have seen the craziness and chaos it causes. It eats away at a person. It consumes them. Perhaps this little bit of wisdom would have been useful to Jodi long ago but i doubt she would have heeded it.

Is it possible that one juror could be released? Has the judge restricted the areas that the jurors are allowed to hang out?

I don't really get it either. And quite honestly, the juror has a right to sit anywhere he wants. There is going to be NO WAY for them to avoid seeing some of the media attention with how intense it is.

haha, glad to see I am not the only one who loves the Robertsons. I have long been fans of them, just for the basic fact that they are decent people who love each other. They are like a lot of the people in my lives and being from Louisiana and married to a man who loves hunting and the woods, I can totally relate.

1) According to KCL - JM only left the front exit ONCE and that was the day he was approached by admirers.

2) Also, that juror has been seen eating their ice cream during LUNCH not at the end of the day - the jurors were never told they were not allowed to do this

3) The hearing about misconduct was not held in front of the jury - the jury is not supposed to know ANYTHING about prosecutorial misconduct allegations.

In summation, relax.
