I'm watching a previously recorded episode of "Kathy" which is Kathy Griffins talk show. I'm one of the few heterosexuals who find her really funny.

Anyhoo, Pauley Perrette from NCIS just said she is a huge trial watcher while they were discussing Jodi Arias.

I don't watch NCIS, but she seems really cool. I wonder if she posts here? :giggle:

She knows a hades a lot about the trial.

Mr Swamp is a diehard NCIS (the one with Pauley aka Abby) on it. I love her character Abby and love that Pauley is a Louisiana girl.

Funny that Mr Swamp likes the crime shows but real crimes don't seem to enthrall him as much.

I love Pauley aka Abby! She's my favorite but I love everyone on NCIS! I do prefer NCIS over NCIS L.A., though...maybe bc its the original? Idk. Want to add that I watched her in an interview & she's amazing, very smart, & such a lovely person.

& btw, I'm another person that loves Kathy Griffin! My husband & I think she's hysterical. I personally love her quick thinking sarcastic sense of humor!

Kathy Griffin is one of my favs :) Love her mum too lol

Pauley is one of my primetime favorites... she has a huge heart, I remember the America's Most Wanted stuff she took part in, in regards of helping to solve some murder cases. Doesn't surprise me that she is a trial watcher... it would be cool if she read here. :)

I still would love to know what the glowing birthday present was that Gibbs gave to Abby, many moons ago. lol

I LOVE Pauley Perrette... And NCIS...

I also discovered in one of our missing girl's cases on WS that Pauley helps in finding Missing Persons!

:great::rocker::great:

Will Mr. Swamp follow the Louisiana trial of the wife who goes out on an alligator hunt with her husband. She tells the police he was attacked and there was nothing she could do to help him? I don't think it's happened yet, but probably soon.

ty, Steely...looove this!

The very first case my husband has followed closely is JA's...and he is a friend of Pauley's too. He's a bit under the weather ATM, but I'm sure the 2 of them will have some 'fun' meetings (of the mind) on how the case has progressed, once he recovers. I've already taught him all the keywords and phrases, ha!

I will ask him if she has a WS membership but I kinda doubt it.

Oh how fun that you and your DH are connected to Pauley!

I hope your DH recovers soon! :please:

I think it would be GREAT if Pauley joined WS... If she hasn't already! :great:

LOL Steely. It won;t happen to me, i can't kill him cuz i need him to paddle the boat for me and carry me from the boat thru the mud so I don't get stuck and get my boots all muddy. I'm kinda short, ya know.

But I do love this little known case where there were alligators seen in the swamp fighting over a canvas wrapped object which turned out to be a murder victim's body. And the man who was killed just happened to have been a known child molester. Justice, swamp style. It's featured on the show Cold Case Files under the name "One Night on the Bayou"

00:00:00 30 that morning, I was driving down the road and observed a couple of alligators in a tug-of-war with something that looked like an old sail.
00:00:12 >> Narrator: Wrapped inside the sail, the alligators find a body.
00:00:16 >> And then later on in the morning, I guess the alligators were able to get the sail from around the body, and proceeded to start eating the limbs off.
00:00:23 >> Narrator: Police move in, but the gators are reluctant to surrender their prize.
00:00:30 >> They were playing tug-of-war for a good while with this alligator, and two more alligators, actually smaller than the first one, grabbed on to the body.
00:00:41 >> Narrator: What is left of the body is brought to the coroner's office in orleans parish.
00:00:46 >> And we noticed that the hands were tied behind his back and tied in a hog-tied fashion to the ankles.
00:00:55 >> Narrator: The bindings rule out any finding of an accidental death.

I had written about this case before on WS sumarizing it by saying

"Lester Hansen (a child molester a man convicted of child molestation, first in Alabama, then in Louisiana) was found in a bayou, wrapped in a sail and being eaten by alligators. The alligators were having a tug of war over the body and what remained of it was retrieved by police. In new orleans, Lester Hansen worked for the city's recreational department, with easy access to children. Ricky Alford was the father of some of those children and was known to be the type who would take matters in his own hands and deal out his own justice.

Swamp Justice! :croc:

Love Kathy G (and yes, I know all the reasons I shouldn't and yet I find her hilarious)

Love Abby character from NCIS and not at all surprised to hear Pauley is a trial watcher.

If she doesn't have one, tell him to recommend it highly.

Make sure to tell her to remain anonymous. I think that's the best idea.

Huge fan of NCIS and Pauley, Steely you should watch it, you would love Pauley's character Abby.

It's in her blood, she went to school for sociology, psychology and criminal science.
Also, her character Abby is a forensic specialist.

yes, you would enjoy the show I think Steely, and especially Abbey's character. She rocks - seriously

There are very few weekly shows I watch. The celebrity apprentice, Family Guy and the office are recorded every week. I have a bunch of those I haven't watched on my DVR. I keep up with Celebrity Apprentice and in fact I'm watching last Sundays right now.

Paulley Perrette is involved in a trial of her own. The New York Post and A voice for men have accused her of a sinister and relentless vendetta against her ex, Coyote Shivers. There are allegations that a massive cover up and conspiracy in the L.A legal system, allowed her to railroad this man. A voice for Men writers, Mike Conzachi, and Harry Crouch have written scathing articles about her. They have indicated that an investigation is underway, and that she will likely be shown as a highly malicious criminal. It's a wild and fascinating story. The sleuths should look into it.

Don't make posts like that unless you can back them up with reliable links. Otherwise, very few people will take you seriously.

There are so many links that have convinced me, and none that have tell a different story. There are inaccurate articles, that completely misstate the charges even, and seem like PR driven pieces, but otherwise I have not seen anything that points to why Perrette's ex husband has been given a 9 month jail sentence.
Here's a start.http://www.avoiceformen.com/category/restraining-order-terrorism/

But, I have an open mind .I would welcome any information that would make me think that a terrible injustice has not taken place.
