Were cell phone records examined thoroughly by forensics... I am just wondering if jodi perhaps sent messages from the computer to her phone and placing travis' number from the recipient. It is easy to do from the verizon site. It would look like he sent it but it def. Would not be on his cell record....and jodi could tp0ype away...would never put it past her.

There's a hearing at 9:30. Knowing how they keep time down there, I think the judge wants them to be ready if she finishes the hearing early. :moo:

Why are you needing records when both parties agreed?
And on the flip side, if they are both BS-ing about his, then............why? (if records can't corroborate this?)

I am not caught up in the records per se....I am going on testimony and interviews.

The reason why the State isn't pursuing this is.........it's speculative at best! Doesn't mean it's eradicated from the archives....just means, there is speculation between the lines.

I guess 11:00 is the time Grace Wong is on from. JSS told Grace that she could tell her lawyer they'll be there from 09:30. I hope they don't keep the seal up from 09:30 - 11:00. It sounded like on Friday like there'll be responses from counsel on the ALV issue too.
