7-Year-Old Girl Missing Since February, Police Say

Marina Muller, of Upper Kensington, was reported missing by her mother as of Feb. 27 at 4 p.m. and has not been seen since, police said in a news release.

According to police, Marina was picked up by her father, David Searles, a 37 year-old Hispanic male, at Second and Spring Garden streets and "refuses to disclose the location or return Marina to her mother."

Searles' last known address was on the 2000 block of North Front Street, police said.

Marina is about 4'8" tall and weighing 70lbs with brown eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair.

Why is this just this past week being reported and why is there very little coverage? Little Cameron Serafin is being blasted everywhere, but the beautiful little girl is getting very little coverage.

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of a missing juvenile from Upper Kensington.

On February 27, 2013, at 4:00pm, Marina Muller, a 7 year-old female was reported missing by her mother and has not been seen since. Marina was picked up by her father David Searles a 37 year-old Hispanic male at 2nd and Spring Garden Street and refuses to disclose the location or return Marina to her mother. The last known address of David Searles was on the 2000 block of North Front Street.

I found one David Searles docket sheet that the birthday fits the age. So it is probably him. docket MJ-07101-CR-0000068-2010

For simple assault, disorderly conduct engage in fighting, harassment committing lewd threatening etc language. from 2/8/2010
