I'm not sure if this really happened ,but did anyone in court hear ALV mutter "jerk "under her breath while she was on the stand? If so is it on video? I've been watching everyday but you never know with HLN if they cut it.thx

Summary:

Defense is still Crossing Dr.D and trying to impeach her education and experience. They are still on cross after lunch. Arias is wearing a green shirt in court today and does not look well and has been spotted making strange faces at times. Some members noted that she did not stand for the jury at the noon recess until someone ran over and reminded her.

Juan's direct was fast and precise. This cross examination is messy, unorganized and is not bringing forth anything of substance. I'm sure the jurors are getting frustrated listening to Wilmott put on her best Juan impression. The more she talks and brings up nonsense the more she loses this jury. Moo

DD's testimony on rebuttal pretty much validates almost everything the jurors have to think about Arias's state of mind/psych disorder.

I'm sure she will keep her up there all day! I wish she would get on with it. I can't wait to see who the next witness is going to be!

she sure seemed to be trying to compare the two which is laughable! ALV was biased, did no testing, and is not a PHD.

Whew! Just got caught up here.... JW hasn't changed her approach at all...I feel badly, it's like having a hunk of toilet paper hanging on the bottom of your heel, and no one tells you...just lets you wander around the cocktail party....all sophisticated and stuff....why doesn't Nurmi give her a lil heads up that this isn't quite going as well as she might think......

JW's cross exams are always about her personal axe to grind. She's hopeless, but that never stops her. I wish she'd realize how badly it went this morning and SIT DOWN.
