NG showing Det. Flores' testimony regarding the shelves in Travis' closet which JA claims she had to climb up on to get the gun.

Det. Flores clearly stating the shelf tips when pressure from his hand was applied.

Also saw photos of JA hair color change immediately before going to AZ.

If the judge allows a surrebuttal (haven't seen anything about it) the DT wants to call Dr. Geffner to the stand to discredit Dr. Demarte's testimony. Geffner will just testify that he interprets the scores differently than Demarte did.

Then JM will cross-examine him and get the jury to hear that Geffner is a colleague of ALV, he edited at least one of her books, that in effect Geffner has a horse in this race. The jury will know that Geffner is anything but unbiased. :floorlaugh:

I was just catching up on youtube and the trial, I find it so irritating that Jodi and JW sit at the desk scribbling away madly. What is JA going to do when the trial is over and she looses her bff

Thanks in advance, but does anyone know where I can hear the testimony on the Helio phone that had been lost and had the phone sex on it? I'm dying to see if that is the phone used for these June 3rd pics. I thought she said she lost that phone right after the phone sex?

exactly.

i notice a pattern here. we kinda get nervous about defense witnesses before we see them on the stand... lots of half full glass type comments are made.

then the witness comes out and we go OMG i can't belive this!

some still worry.

juan comes and destroys them.

jury questions mock witness.

warm fuzzies

wash, rinse & repeat

So are we to believe that something as big as a pregnancy and miscarriage would also go un written in Jodi's diary? Also this is the ultimate in lying IMO. The last stab wound to Travis..Lie about being pregnant with his child.
The real question is. How is this benefiting Jodi? That is the only thing that need be addressed.
Maybe she thinks it will make folks feel more sorry for her.

I'm catching up on trial today, and JM is just playing the DVD of TA with JA draped all over him. It's the first time I've seen JW without her glasses on. I thought that was kind of strange. She looks really stressed, and JA doesn't look very good either.

I think the DT really gets it that their case isn't going well. And I think the defendant knows it too.
