Not sure if this will change this guys flushing habits, but it may make others think twice. :D
 
I wish I could summon the Feds to detain the males in my family. All four are terrible about remembering to flush!! :pullhair:
 
Bevivino was eventually released without charges and is now suing Virgin America for $500,000.

In the lawsuit, he claims the incident had caused him embarrassment, humiliation, mortification, mental anguish and emotional distress, and damage to his professional reputation.


$500,000 would be nice to have, I guess, but I somehow suspect that the media attention about this lawsuit does more damage to his professional reputation than merely being detained and released without charges would have. None of us would have known anything about this incident if he hadn't sued.
 
It seems to me that he was detained for using profanity. The toilet flushing seemed to just be an added on situation. It sounds more to me like this man's behavior is what caused him great humiliation, etc...
