    Could this case be related to that of the three abducted women in Cleveland? Perhaps an earlier victim?

    I don't think so. At that time the abductor was still married and living with his wife in the house. I believe he got divorced in 1996, and Christine disappeared in 1995. She did live about four or five streets down from him.

    No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)

    Does anyone know if there are anymore details surrounding the circumstances of her disappearance? Who last saw her? Where was she going? How was her relationship with her family? The father of her child? Is it possible she accepted a ride from someone she knew who had bad intentions? Knowing this, we may be able to look for other cases that may be connected to her disappearance.

    For what Tonia Adkins says was the first time in the 18 years her sister has been missing, community members joined family and friends as they marched and fundraiser for Christina Lynn Adkins.

    Adkins, 17-years-old and pregnant at the time, went missing near West 25th Street and Kinkel Avenue on Cleveland’s west side on January 12, 1995. Her sister, Tonia, believes others are involved and know what happened. But until Saturday, she says she was always left to rally for Christina on her own.

    <snip>

    Adkins said the proceeds from the BBQ will go towards a reward for the person who helps find Christina. Before Saturday, Atkins told NewsChannel5 there was no reward.

    Hopes of closing an 18-year-old Ohio cold case have been temporarily dashed after authorities in Cleveland failed to find new clues while searching a field for evidence in the disappearance of teenager Christina Adkins.

    Police arrived at a field in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood early Wednesday in the search for clues into the 1995 disappearance of the 17-year-old, who was five months pregnant when she was last seen.
