This particular clip Arias talks about trashing Travis' BMW and him taking it so well (yet he goes crazy at her dropping a camera?!?!?!).
She also mentions to DEt Flores that she contacted the executor of Travis' last will and testament
I had missed this at the time, but I don't think JSS would have. I have faith in her.

I rec'd this message at my office this morning. It was sent by S at 1:07A.M. and was in response to him coming home last night through the back door, carrying on dramatically about his finger. He was coming in and started in with the "ow, ow, ow" and "OMG" and "ow, ow, ow" He said he’d fallen and hurt his finger. I admit I only glanced at it (because he’s a DRAMA KING) but it looked intact. Not swollen. Not even red. I asked if he wanted a bandaid. He said it hurt, a bandaid wasn’t the answer, blah blah blah. I went back to the living room and my book. I sensed him hovering at the door. I looked up and he said, "My finger really hurts.”

He held up his hand again. There was still no gushing blood. The finger wasn't hanging by a tendon. Seemed ok to me. I just said, "I'm sorry. Do you want to go to the hospital?" What else is there to say? He was carrying on as if it had fallen off. So I turned back to my book. He came in later holding up his finger and saying something about it feeling out of whack or something. I looked at him again and said, "I'm sorry." He turned on his heel and walked out of the room. That's all that happened. That's all that I said. Then he went upstairs to bed (at 7:00P.M.) He woke up later and picked another fight with me. Ugh, I really was in no mood to deal with his histrionics plus I had a horrible cold and felt like crap last night. I can barely talk today. So here's the message he sent last night ... that I received AT MY OFFICE:

"I feel bad when I think I'm being ignored or abandoned. I think I'm being ignored or abandoned when instead of showing me any kind of compassion for dislocating my finger you (a) explain how it's not your fault, and (b) run away. I want two things. First, not to have to ask for basic compassion. Second, to understand what it is I'm doing that causes you to focus on exonerating yourself at the expense of seeing if I'm OK. "

What the f*kity F???? How is "I'm sorry" trying to EXONERATE myself and how is it trying to “explain how it wasn't my fault”? Were we in the same f'ng room??? I was still reeling over that snotty missive when, at 9:25A.M., here comes this message:

"Good morning love,

There's a treat in store for us all next Friday (see attached).
&#8232;I hope your cough goes away soon. Can you let me help you?
&#8232;All Love,
&#8232; / S "

The "treat" is tickets to Corteo Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas. WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF??? Were these two messages written by the same freaking PERSON? Am I going INSANE? Seriously, Dr. V I think he's crazy and I'm scared it's contagious!

I saw a LOT of my ex in Arias' performance on the stand. It was slippery because the words she used weren't disrespectful or angry, it's the combination and intonation she used that made it so disrespectful and maddening, yet you couldn't pin her down to any specific thing because it was all hostile in such a passive aggressive way.

My ex was a sociopath. The really smooth kind: smart (double PH.Ds from Cambridge and Oxford; law degree from Stanford), handsome, funny, fun, exciting and he could *write* ... but he was always the victim, nothing was ever his fault, it was always something someone else had done or failed to do that caused him to fail, be late, forget something. He could be so condescending and snotty when I’d trying to explain why I was upset with him and somehow turned it all around so that, in the end, he's made the convincing argument that I’M REALLY THE ONE who actually pissed myself off.

He was so good at turning and twisting and distorting reality so that it ended up being all my fault. And he managed to do it using words that were completely reasonable and rational; no “furious” words at all. Just measured and calm. Like it’s me who’s the nutjob getting mad. “You are so angry with me, B. Your posture is so defensive, I just don’t understand ... I'm trying to hear you but you're making it difficult ...”

URGH. And when I tried to explain it to people, it even sounded to ME like I was the crazy one. My girlfriends would all roll their eyes and tell me to simmer down. Hah!! After about 6 months, they all got it.

One of my friends who is a shrink encouraged us to go to therapy because I was going completely insane.

After seeing the therapist for about 3 months, he and I and his kids flew to the UK to visit his family. (semi-disaster sigh) When we got back, he didn't want to go to the next therapy session. I went alone.

I sat down and told her we'd spent the 8 weeks we were away with his family. The first thing the therapist said was,

"Are they normal?" :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

She’d asked me to send her a few “incidents" that had caused problems.

And the entire relationship was like that until I moved out. Could not get out fast enough. And of course the breakup was completely my fault and I had been unwilling to commit.
