Found Deceased GA - Crystal Wilier Hendrix, 27, pregnant, Tift County, 8 March 2013

The Tift County Sheriffs Office is conducting an investigation into a missing person report on Crystal Lynne Wilier Hendrix.

Hendrix is described as a white female, age 27, 53 in height, weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

As far as investigators have been able to determine Hendrix was last seen on or about March 8th, 2013.

Hendrix was residing at 456 Urbana Road in Tift County at the time she was last seen.

Hendrix was approximately eight months pregnant at the time she was last seen.

Tift County Sheriff Gene Scarbrough is asking that anyone with any information on Hendrix please contact the Sheriffs Office at 388-6021. Sgt. Jason Barber is the investigator assigned to this case.

Seriously - she was 8 months pregnant when she disappeared (TWO months ago) and they are just now putting this on the news? WTH?

"We would really like to find her. Hear from somebody that may know where she's at. We hope that it's a case where maybe she had just went somewhere and left from the residence she shared with another individual, but we don't know that" said Lt. Colonel Bobby Brannen.

Hi Ya Knox, Thanks for posting this. I wanted to add that on the Thread listing it has her date of last seen as 3-18-13, instead of March 8, 2013.

Someone on facebook is saying - She has been missing since march, not may. No one had reported her missing until her children said they missed their mommy and the police have just now been notified after checking leads. She is our neighbor and needs to be found.

oh, I was just commenting on the fact that there are 2 dates listed for her missing in March on this thread in web sleuths. The articles say On or About March 8th, but there is a Typo in the Thread Header that states the Eighteenth of March, not the 8th of March....

Edited; Now I am confused, it now says March 13th on the header to this forum thread.....instead of March 8th.

Thank you, I remember the surrounds from following the Sunday Blombergh case. It's unfortunate she's missing from this area, hopefully the GBI will get involved.

A bit of positive news: at least one of their Sheriff's has been to training at FLETC and most likely GBI will get involved

Whom did they tell they missed their Mommy?
Is she originally from that area?
Does she have family members in the area?

There doesn't seem to be much useful info out there in the media. If she was 7-8 mos pregnant when she was last seen in March, well that doesn't bode well.
