WOODBURY - A medical examiner believes that human remains found in Woodbury last week may have been there years longer than originally believed.
A human skull and other bones were found Friday about 100 feet into the woods off of Route 32. Police say two men walking home from work at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets found the remains. Officials also found some unique personal items near the body.
Investigators say the remains, which they believe to be a female 25 to 30 years old, do not match any missing persons in the area.

WOODBURY - Police are hoping dental records and personal items will help them identify human remains found in Woodbury last week.
The remains, found by two men near the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, are believed to be female. Investigators say they found female clothing, a purse and jewelry near the remains last Friday.
On Saturday, authorities found more bones believed to be from the same woman not far from where the first set of remains were found. Police say the remains and belongings match those of a woman who is 25 to 30 years old.
