The warrant, one of two, was issued for a parole violation on Dec. 7. The outstanding warrant is for charges in connection with the animal-cruelty and child-endangerment case, Riggs said.
He also failed to appear for a hearing here on a domestic-relations arrest warrant, issued Oct. 27, Riggs said.
